Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .

if your box arrived later then 8 days after promised shipping due on our behalf .
if there is or was a manufacturing issue with any of the products in our boxes . For example , mold , mildew , causes rashes or reactions etc .
We will not and are not responsible for broken or damaged items due to in transit delivery methods . If your item shows up damaged or broken please place a claim with usps .
